What to include
Tell us:
- the page address;
- your device and Codex version, if the issue depends on them;
- the Dream Skin source commit or release;
- what you expected;
- what happened;
- the date you saw it.
For a rights concern, identify the work or right, the page or item involved, your relationship to the right, and a safe way to contact you.
What not to send
Do not email:
- passwords or sign-in files;
- Codex auth.json or other sign-in files;
- private access keys;
- private Codex conversations;
- private project files;
- full payment-card details;
- an image unless we ask for a safe, necessary copy.
Support boundary
CodexSkin.im can help explain its own builder and pages. Problems with Codex Dream Skin may need to be reported to its upstream project. Problems with the Codex app may need to be reported through the appropriate Codex support path.
Response times vary. Include the page, platform, Codex version, Dream Skin source commit or release, and the minimum safe details needed to explain the issue.
